Hammer strikes will damage the stamp and void the guarantee. Arbor Press Instructions Case the leather evenly using a damp sponge. Set the leather on a flat, firm surface beneath the arbor press. Place the stamp on the leather and a flat block on top of the stamp. Apply slow, steady pressure for 15–20 seconds. Check the depth and repeat if needed. Vise Instructions Sandwich the leather and stamp between two boards. Place the stack inside a vise and tighten firmly for 15–20 seconds. Check the imprint and repeat if you want a deeper result. Leather Prep & Care The leather must be fully cased before pressing to prevent water spots and achieve the cleanest impression. Acrylic stamps can be scrubbed and sanitized after use. Lifetime Guarantee If the stamp stops producing clean impressions when used correctly with a press or vise, it can be returned for a replacement. Hammer use voids the guarantee.
