Do not strike the stamp with a hammer. Arbor Press Instructions Place evenly cased leather on a sturdy platform under the anvil. Set the stamp on the leather and a flat plate or block on top. Apply steady pressure for 15–20 seconds. Check and repeat for more depth if needed. Vise Instructions Sandwich the cased leather and stamp between two flat boards or plates. Secure the stack in a vise and tighten for 15–20 seconds. Release, inspect the imprint, and repeat as desired. Best Results: Casing Leather Moisten the entire piece with a sponge to avoid water spots and get an even bite. A thick scrap of leather or pressing pad on top helps distribute pressure for a uniform mark. Cleaning & Care Rinse or lightly scrub the engraved face after use, then dry before storage. Avoid impact tools to protect fine detail and extend tool life. Lifetime Guarantee If normal press use no longer gives an acceptable image, return the stamp for a replacement.
