What’s Included Two (2) acrylic template pieces Main body template for cutting the holster shape Belt loop and upper support template with stitch line guides Template Design Details The main body template is made from 1/4″ thick acrylic and includes pre-drilled holes that allow you to mark your stitch line accurately using an awl. This ensures proper spacing and alignment during assembly. The smaller template piece serves as both the upper support and belt loop. Two belt slots are cut into this piece, making it easy to mark stitch lines and ensure smooth belt pass-through once the holster is assembled. Leather & Materials This holster is designed to be made using 8–9 oz. leather, providing the stiffness and durability needed for a secure, functional holster. Recommended materials include: 8–9 oz. vegetable-tanned leather Leather glue Thread suitable for holster construction Optional stamping tools or swivel knife Dye and finishing products of your choice Tooling & Customization This template allows you to create a simple, clean holster or fully customize your piece with stamping or carving. If you choose to tool the leather, it is recommended that you apply tape to the back side of the leather to prevent stretching during the tooling process.
