Description FEATURES Sauce made with dried tomatoes, olives and a sprinkling of oregano. It is dense, deep red in color with some dark notes given by the chopped olives. METHOD All the ingredients are finely chopped until a thick and tasty mixture is obtained. COMBINATIONS It is very versatile in the kitchen, it was born as a sauce to spread on slightly warmed bruschetta or canapés, but it is also excellent as a condiment for pasta and as an accompaniment to meats such as boiled meat or beef fillets.
